Assist in teaching freshman architecture students, how to draw freehand, draft orthographic projections. The course is used in a larger sense to also explore design aspects as it relates to paper space, and digitial representation. Teaching was done online only this semester. which created unique problems which we developed strategies to drive home the NAAB guidelines outlined in the course syllabus

Create process and shop drawings for in-house engineering of cast-in-place concrete projects. Most projects were infrastructural columns, bents, and caps for roadways. Occasionally produced small commercial projects, vertical construction, and retaining walls. Quickly learned about the manufacturing and mechanical design process for Steel formwork. Work was primarily done in Auto-CAD 2016, 2D (Occasional 3D project development)

Creating Lease outline Documents for retail projects, creating project narratives, traveling to OAC meetings, Responding to RFIs, producing sketches and ASIs when necessary. Primary charges were small restaurant projects, mixed-use and shell office buildings. Support staff on various other retail projects in the office as needed. Work produced in both Revit and Auto-CAD (Also updated Sketchup models per CD’s / As-Built’s on occasion)

Architectural Intern (Aerotek Contractor)

Primary duty was to produce a permit set of construction documents for a 3-story tilt-wall office building with full interiors coordinated in house. Project was produced in approx. 5 weeks under PIC. Other duties included picking-up redlines, coordinating interiors and architectural projects with consultants. Also produced several bid and schematic design packages, updated BOMA Calculations. Projects were primarily interiors for office and medical office suites.
